JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and well-presented Outdoor Sales Executive (Female) to join our sales team at AWS Distribution. She will be responsible for promoting and placing our premium personal care, beauty, and home fragrance products, while ensuring consistent availability and visibility at the point of sale. This role requires someone who is confident in conducting face-to-face meetings, passionate about sales, and capable of building lasting B2B relationships. The candidate must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to operate independently while also being a team player. The job involves daily outdoor visits, route planning, and regular communication with clients and the internal team. UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven outdoor sales experience (minimum 2 years), preferably in the FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sector.
  • Must own a valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Well-groomed and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Flexible to travel.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new retail/wholesale clients, salons or specialty stores within assigned regions.
  • Promote AWS-distributed brands and present product ranges to potential buyers.
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships, restock products, and secure repeat orders.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as per assigned KPIs.
  • Monitor product visibility, competitor activity, and shelf presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, marketing and purchase) to ensure timely deliveries and campaign execution.
  • Handle field merchandising requirements such as placing testers, updating price tags, and verifying displays.
  • Submit daily activity reports and maintain updated client database.
