Critical Peake Electrical Services is growing and looking for a Sales Executive to build and expand relationships within the property management community. This is a relationship-driven position, ideal for someone with existing connections in property management who wants to grow with a strong, service-focused team. What You’ll Do Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients Generate new business through your network, referrals, and outreach Conduct site visits and client consultations Create proposals, follow up, and close deals Deliver strong customer service to retain and grow accounts Partner with operations to ensure smooth project execution Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in property management, facilities, or related field Existing connections in the MD/DC property management market Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to generate leads and close business Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field No electrical experience required - we will train you on the technical side.
