Working daily with the General Manager and playing a pivotal role in the company, you will have the opportunity to make the role how best you see it whilst receiving full support and training.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage existing key accounts.
• Be the primary contact for new business.
• Grow fledgling accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to product delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good understanding of MS Office and CRM suite,
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
