JOB DESCRIPTION:

Grand Pack is a distributor of disposable food packaging products (plastic, paper & aluminum containers, foil rolls, cling film, sandwich paper, cleaning & hygiene products and more), is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products directly to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering Services) across the UAE. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel and hands-on sales activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in sales within the UAE market, specifically in the FOOD DISPOSABLE PACKAGING INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY.
  • Strong network of pre-existing clients including restaurant groups, catering companies, wholesalers, hotel chains and (export buyers if any).
  • In-depth knowledge of disposable packaging solutions and market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the disposable packaging industry.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the UAE market, contributing to the company’s overall growth goals.
  • Manage van sales team under you to achieve overall company target.
  • Forecast and develop annual sales objectives, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, volumes, and pricing with key customer account executives.
  • Expand product presence with existing clients while acquiring new customers to achieve or exceed sales targets.
