We are in an exciting phase of growth, expanding rapidly across Europe and internationally, with teams located in Munich, London, Nottingham, Stockholm, and Atlanta. While we have regional offices, our vision is for our global sales teams to collaborate closely, sharing best practices and continually refining our sales strategy. We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals who want to join our global expansion efforts and support the establishment of our presence in Central and Eastern Europe, based out of our Munich office. Our Munich team will be responsible for the DACH region, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Role As a Sales Executive, you will manage your own pipeline and work with business owners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to understand their funding needs, sell the Liberis solution and then assist them through the process to completed funding. Uniquely, our partnership model drives a high volume of qualified, inbound leads that our Sales team are experts in converting. In this role, you’ll engage directly with business owners to understand their funding needs, present the Liberis solution, and support them throughout the process to secure funding. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Partnerships, Operations, and Risk to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. What you’ll be doing Own and manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads, guiding customers from initial outreach through to funding, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience at every stage Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their operations, funding goals, and ROI expectations — using this insight to tailor and position the Liberis solution effectively Present, explain, and position funding offers in a clear, compelling way, highlighting key benefits and addressing potential objections or comparisons with alternative solutions Communicate proactively and professionally across phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to build rapport, maintain momentum, and close deals efficiently Collaborate with colleagues in Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a frictionless customer journey from qualification to funding Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets, with clear KPIs tracking your performance across key funnel stages — from contact to conversion Represent Liberis with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions Serve as a role model and mentor, providing guidance and support to junior members of the sales team What we think you’ll need We believe you’ll excel in this role if you have: Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak languages, both spoken and written (essential) German skills are a plus A passion for Sales with a proven track record of success, consistently hitting and exceeding targets A strategic, process-driven approach to selling, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships A collaborative mindset, thriving as part of a team to achieve shared goals A goal-oriented and positive attitude, with a problem-solving approach that actively seeks creative solutions to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement (We don’t expect you to tick every box—your potential and mindset matter just as much!)
