Tasks

After completing initial training at the US headquarters and the Customer Experience Centre in Germany, you will join the European team and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in Europe with a focus on the DACH area
  • Build new customer relationships and maintain the existing sales funnel, ideally leveraging your personal client network within the biopharma/biotech sector
  • Understand customer needs, organize demos, webinars and attend relevant conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends, as well as with the field service/application organization to quickly address customer issues and boost service revenue
