POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Executive (Inbound & Outbound Tours) plays a key role in attracting new clients, promoting travel packages, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong sales expertise, creative marketing skills, and a customer-first mindset. The successful candidate will generate leads, manage inquiries, negotiate deals, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
This role involves close collaboration with travel agencies, corporate clients, and direct consumers, as well as active use of digital marketing tools, social media, and participation in industry events to boost visibility and sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the travel & tourism industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within travel or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of local tourist attractions and regional travel offerings.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English (srilanka / nepal is a plus)
  • Experience in handling South Asian travel markets is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including individuals, travel agencies, and corporate groups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist clients with travel documentation, visa processing, and itinerary adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth tour arrangements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and competitor offerings.
