We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in expanding our customer base, building strong business relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our operations in the region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the international freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, supply chain management, and the key drivers of the freight forwarding business (e.g., air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue and GP.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients, focusing on targeted vertical markets and trade lanes to grow your sales account list.
  • Work diligently to achieve and surpass business plan targets and promote Dimerco’s comprehensive freight forwarding and logistics solutions in the market.
  • Uphold the company’s credit management policy, ensuring timely accounts receivable (AR) collections and maintaining a healthy financial portfolio.
  • Undertake other assignments as directed by management to support the overall goals and operational needs of the sales department and the company.
