* Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs consistently * Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures * Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution * Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure * Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements * Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls and activities * Assist in developing and executing local sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development or Account Managers * Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and business outreach activities * Regularly review personal sales performance and submit timely reports * Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system (Companion database) * Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events within allocated budgets * Perform other duties as assigned by the management team About Business Assurance We help companies ensure compliance, build high-performing management systems, and meet competence needs within a wide range of industries.
