We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound sales calls, leads from our website and maximise opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling to our existing customer base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales calls and website leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products or services.
  • Provide customers with tailored advice, product information, and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Follow up on warm leads and enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends to deliver the best possible service.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably handling inbound sales calls and leads.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing customers.
  • Experience in cross-selling and up-selling products or services.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,960.00-£40,000.00 per year
