Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with Driving License to drive sales and develop key client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets to support the growth of the new division.
Location: Domus Flower- Abu Dhabi, Block No. 9, Store No. 3, ICAD 1, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though relevant experience can be a substitute.
  • Candidate should have 3+ years of UAE experience in Sales Role.
  • Proven experience in sales within the UAE market, preferably in the floral or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of UAE floral trends and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management in the UAE is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
Responsibilities

The Position will require the employee to oversee various parts of the business including:

  • Act as a primary contact for our flower shop partners, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Coordinate and oversee shipments, guaranteeing timely deliveries from farms to shops
  • Drive sales through onboarding new flower shops onto our platform.
  • Ensure sustained growth and retention of onboarded customers
  • Prepare a Marketing plan which identifies the company’s target prospects, followed by strategies for communicating and converting them to clients
  • Complete weekly marketing email targets. Share company Demo videos and marketing material
  • Complete weekly phone call and WhatsApp targets. Share videos and material over WhatsApp
  • Complete weekly prospect site visits for introducing the concept, account opening, platform training
  • Daily follow up with new accounts for placing orders
  • Updating client accounts on their orders, addressing objections and challenges.
  • Cross selling accounts on new farms and varieties
  • Coordinating between the operations team and clients when required
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting to management
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with clients, professionalism and uphold company policies and procedures at all time
  • Weekly update to the General Manager by email will include: weekly achievements or wins and weekly challenges or concerns
