As a Connaugh Sales Executive for Dssports Teamwear, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote the teamwear products offered by DSsports in the Connaugh region. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, such as sports teams, schools, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in the Munster region.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Understand their unique needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Regularly communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues and maintain a positive rapport.
3. Product Promotion: Showcase the features, benefits, and quality of Dssports teamwear products to potential clients. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to educate clients about the product range. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Dssports as the preferred teamwear supplier.
4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and excellent post-sales support. Coordinate with the design and production teams to customize teamwear designs as per client requirements. Provide accurate and detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management.
5. Market Research: Continuously monitor the market, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Identify new market segments and opportunities for expansion. Provide feedback to the management regarding product improvements, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES, PREFERABLY IN THE SPORTS OR TEAMWEAR INDUSTRY.
