Job Description Identify and acquire new restaurant and retail partners through field sales, cold calling, and networking Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, referrals, and market mapping to build a strong sales pipeline Present talabat’s value proposition and negotiate commercial agreements Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth integration into the platform Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights Collaborate with internal teams (account management, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or technology startups. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce). Fluency in English. A valid driving license is a plus.
