QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software, or solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi or Arabic are advantageous).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Technobits L.L.C-FZ, a part of Evol Technobits Digital Pvt Ltd, is an expanding IT solutions provider with a global presence. We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to strengthen our Dubai-based team. The role focuses on generating sales for IT services and solutions, establishing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the IT services domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
