ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Executive at Turpal, you will be a driving force behind our revenue growth. This individual contributor role requires you to cultivate strong relationships with customers and successfully close new deals. Your key responsibilities include: Identify and target potential leads with a strategic approach. Lead the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal. Build trust and develop lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Work closely with diverse teams, including tech, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution. Track and drive the commercial success of your customer portfolio. Establish and nurture long-term, profitable partnerships with key travel industry organizations. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE MUST-HAVE: A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). 3+ years of sales experience in a related industry within the Middle East/GCC Resilience in cold calling (ability to handle multiple rejections and stay motivated). Proven success in managing the full sales cycle. Experience in Sales within any of the following sectors: Travel Technology Solutions, B2B SaaS, Bed Banks, Leading OTA, or Hotel Sales. Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM, etc.). Strong sales acumen combined with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English, and Arabic both spoken and written. A startup mindset with a passion for technology and adaptability to change. NICE-TO-HAVE: Familiarity with the workflows of Destination Management Companies, Inbound Tour Operators, or Vacation Rentals. A well-established network within the travel industry.
