Hiring for Sales & HR officer / Job Duties:-
1. Focus on filtering quality candidates from our portal leads as per the eligibility.
2. Train candidates for interviews with European companies after receiving documents for selection and also for assessment of Canadian & Australian skilled/ PR programs.
3. Once Selection is done, send a welcome email & get it registered with the company for further process.
4. Once the candidate registers/pays us then we need to complete all documents for getting their work-permit/migris.
5. Provide proper customer service on every step till the case is not done.
6. Daily online meetings, chatting /calling on leads, revenue generation and Send a Daily report as per the company’s format.
