JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team, focused on promoting and securing leads under the ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation) scheme. This role involves engaging directly with homeowners and tenants, identifying eligible customers, and helping them access funded energy efficiency upgrades.
This is a target-driven role ideal for someone who understands government-backed initiatives and has a passion for making UK homes more energy efficient.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic understanding of the ECO4 scheme or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit weekly targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally for client meetings and visits
  • Organised and reliable with a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential customers eligible for ECO4-funded measures (e.g., insulation, boiler upgrades, heating solutions)
  • Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door visits, inbound inquiries, community engagement, and referrals
  • Explain the benefits of the ECO4 scheme clearly and accurately to homeowners and tenants
  • Collect and verify necessary documents from customers for eligibility checks
  • Coordinate with surveyors and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track and manage daily outreach and conversion activities
  • Stay up-to-date with current ECO4 funding rules and compliance standards
  • Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner
