EcoFlex Solutions is a growing energy efficiency business helping homeowners across the UK access renewable upgrades and government-backed funding. We help homeowners across the UK access upgrades like solar panels, battery storage, air source heat pumps and insulation, using a mix of government grants and affordable paid solutions.
We work across major schemes including ECO4, LA Flex, the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS), and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), and we’re proud to be helping households reduce energy bills and carbon emissions while supporting the UK’s transition to cleaner energy.
As demand grows, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our Caerleon-based team and convert a steady stream of inbound warm leads into confirmed survey bookings and installations. You’ll be the first point of contact for interested customers, primarily focused on solar panels, battery storage, and air source heat pumps, helping them take action to improve their home’s energy efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with warm inbound leads who have enquired online about renewable energy upgrades
  • Promote paid options including solar, battery storage, and heat pumps
  • Guide customers who didn’t qualify for full government funding towards affordable alternatives
  • Book home surveys and coordinate handover to our installer partners
  • Use our CRM system to manage leads and update pipeline activity
  • Liaise directly with third-party installers when needed
  • Help customers take meaningful action to improve energy efficiency and reduce bills
