Description

As a Sales Executive at Ecologic SIPs, your primary responsibility will be to support and facilitate the sales process within the business. You will play a crucial role in handling sales enquiries, nurturing leads, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales-related activities.
This role is ideal for someone earlier in their career, looking to develop their skills in sales and business development within a growing and innovative company.
Working closely with the Commercial Director and the wider sales team, you will help drive efficiency, improve client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
You will also have opportunities to develop within the role, learning more about sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development. Salary - depends on experience, starting from £27,500 + bonus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (1+ years preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools (or willingness to learn).
  5. Interest in sustainability and the construction industry would be a plus.
  6. Ambition to develop a career in sales and business development, with a proactive and positive attitude.
