Reporting to the Sales Manager.
Based in Tuxford, Newark on Trent - Hybrid working model after successful training
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000
Working hours between 8:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday.

We are one of Europe’s leading distributors of rare earth neodymium magnetics and we aren’t stopping there!
We are on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join our growing organisation on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be paramount in driving Sales performance through proactive, upselling, cross-selling and other approaches whilst continuously delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be joining a team where you have the freedom to showcase your skills whilst taking on a hands-on approach. In return, we are looking for an extremely organised individual who has a positive go-get-it attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Offering technical knowledge and advice to new and existing customers about the products and solutions, raising quotes and following up with the customer
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services to our customers.
  • Matching our customer’s requirements to a product or solution that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality and price.
  • Identifying potential customers and building long-lasting relationships, whilst offering our products, services and solutions.
  • Maintaining customer relationships offering regular updates about their existing order and providing updates for future ordering.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new and existing markets, new and existing product and proactively pursue opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators.
    Technical magnet knowledge is not required as we offer a full comprehensive training package.
