We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in sales. You will support the team in growing our customer base, learning how to present our products effectively, and building strong client relationships, especially to the eudcation sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
• 0–2 years of working experience (sales or customer service experience is a bonus)
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, proactive, and team-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess a valid driver’s license is a plus

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
• Support the team in following up on leads and preparing quotations
• Learn and understand the features and benefits of our products
• Attend sales meetings and customer site visits
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
• Assist in processing orders, updating CRM records, and handling basic enquiries
• Stay up to date with safety regulations and product updates
