We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius. You’ll report to Becky Barton, Sales Supervisor, on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team. Job Description Deliver high-value sales by converting qualified opportunities while proactively generating new business through divisional referrals and customer data enrichment. Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and pipeline management within the CRM to support forecasting and business reporting. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets. Identify and refer opportunities across other Radius Business Units in line with internal referral objectives, supporting wider group growth. Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage workload and priorities independently. Work collaboratively as part of the wider sales team, contributing to a high-performance culture and sharing best practice. Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, including Equal Opportunities, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Harassment policies. Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role as required by the business. Qualifications Essential: Minimum 12 months' experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the Irish or UK energy market. Highly desirable: Previous experience selling electricity, gas, utilities, or other regulated commercial services. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment such as telecoms, utilities, insurance, financial services or business services. A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Experience generating self-sourced business through prospecting, networking, referrals and customer research. Comfortable working in a highly target-driven environment with the resilience to perform under pressure. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify customer needs and articulate value. Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills. Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar platform. Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams. A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team performance while taking ownership of individual results.
