We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius. You’ll report to Becky Barton, Sales Supervisor, on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team. Job Description Delivering high-value sales conversions. Leads will be provided but there will be a requirement to generate your own divisional referrals Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline. Deliver the sales targets. Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set Be a self-starter and highly motivated. To perform the job by the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy. To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time Qualifications Minimum one year’s experience in a direct B2B sales role within the Irish energy market, Desirable would be fast turnover sales like telecoms, and financial services/ Insurance. Experience generating their own leads. Able to prove they can work under pressure and in a target-based system. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) software use.
