LAUNCH YOUR SALES CAREER IN AVIATION SERVICES

Are you a motivated self-starter looking to break into a career in sales and business development? At International Aerospace Coatings (IAC), we’re offering an incredible opportunity to join our Irvine-based commercial team as an Entry-Level Sales Executive—no prior aviation experience required.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of selling high-value services in a technical, fast-paced industry while gaining exposure to global customers, real-world projects, and mentorship from seasoned professionals. If you’re driven, curious, and ready to grow into a strategic sales role, this is your runway.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field
  • Recent graduates welcome—internships, part-time jobs, or project experience a plus

EXPERIENCE:

  • 0–2 years of full-time work experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
  • Interest in aviation, aerospace, logistics, or manufacturing industries

SKILLS:

  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce) is helpful but not required
Responsibilities

You’ll begin by learning the core aspects of IAC’s business and how we support the world’s leading airlines and OEMs. Your responsibilities will evolve as you grow, but initially include:

  • Learn the Business: Get up to speed on IAC’s services, customer segments, operations, and aircraft painting processes.
  • Sales Support: Assist with proposal writing, quoting, customer presentations, and sales reporting.
  • Customer Interaction: Join client calls and meetings with senior sales leaders to understand needs and build rapport.
  • Pipeline Development: Help identify potential leads and research target accounts using CRM tools and market data.
  • CRM Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support proposals and project success.
  • Manage Key Accounts: As you progress, you will be assigned specific customer accounts to manage—building trust, driving satisfaction, and ensuring successful project delivery.
