In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe, guiding them through the trading journey - from initial onboarding to active trading and long-term account retention. You’ll play a key part in revenue growth by converting leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and building relationships with clients trading CFDs, FX and other multi-asset products. Key Responsibilities Engage with leads via phone, live chat, email and social channels Convert potential clients into active traders Reactivate dormant accounts and drive revenue growth Provide platform guidance and product education to clients Build strong relationships and maximise client lifetime value Support events such as webinars, seminars and client activations Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Minimum 2+ years CFD/FX brokerage sales experience Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of macroeconomic events and trading behaviours Knowledge of CFDs and spread betting products Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in a European language Ability to work European hours from our Dubai office Positive, proactive and energetic approach to teamwork
