SASMAR is seeking dedicated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives forward, establishing strong relationships with customers, and expanding our market reach. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Engage with clients through presentations, meetings, and follow-ups. Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts and increase brand awareness. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent SASMAR and network with potential customers. Proven sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales objectives. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Proficient in using CRM software and data management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset. Eligibility to work in Malta is required.
