REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in events, hospitality, rentals, or interior decor).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn for business development – ability to create new connections with event planners, corporate clients, and venues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

ROLE SUMMARY:

Event Essentials is a furniture rental company for events held across the UAE. We provide premium furniture and decor solutions that elevate weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and private celebrations. With a focus on style, quality, and service excellence, we help clients create memorable event experiences tailored to their vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including event planners, wedding coordinators, corporate event teams, and venues.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored rental and decor solutions from our luxury inventory.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, client database, and CRM records accurately.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging decor concepts to anticipate client needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional rental items and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients before, during, and after events to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies, packages, and seasonal offers in line with company goals.
  • Handle client queries and resolve concerns quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
