Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct sales presentations and tours of the hotel for prospective clients, showcasing the facilities, services, and unique offerings. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for room bookings, events, and other services, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies. Work closely with the marketing, front office, and event management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of client requests. Assist clients in planning events, including meetings, conferences, and weddings, by providing guidance on available services and options. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends to track performance against targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and packages that attract target markets. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and identify areas for enhancement. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and establish valuable connections. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Assist in the development and management of the sales budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control. Qualifications Your Experience and Skills Include: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong commitment to delivering excellence. A valid UAE Driving License. Experience with CVENT or similar event-management platforms. Proven Events and MICE sales experience in the UAE local market. Proficiency in the Opera Sales & Catering system. Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
