JCA have been providing school groups with adventure-based, outdoor learning for over 25 years. With an emphasis on enjoyment, education, and building self-confidence, their UK activity centres offer a choice of one-day visits and multi-night residentials, as well as netball and football tournament weekends.
An exciting opportunity in the role of Sales Executive has become available within the JCA Sales Team. This is a 12-month fixed term position from 1st June 2025, hybrid working from our Brighton Office.

Responsibilities
  • Establish client contact over the telephone and via email
  • Handling all aspects of the booking to deliver a seamless, personalised service. Answering queries from clients on all aspects of their booking prior to confirmation
  • Generating and distributing bespoke quotes
  • Progressing quotes into bookings in our live reservation system
  • Converting enquiries to sales and initiate follow-up procedures to ensure successful conversion
  • Maintaining our in-house CRM system and reservation system
  • Successful generation of revenue and volume in line with individual and team targets
  • Proactive approach to producing and managing your call lists and other data requested by the Sales Manager
  • Maintain up-to-date information relating to current campaigns, special offers, operational changes, product updates, competitor products and offers as required
  • Support new product development projects and market research
  • Implementing new business development activity, gathering market information and identifying decision makers for tours
  • Establish repeat business to aid your personal achievements within the team
