ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business and expand relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers in North America. You will play a critical role in Facil-IT’s growth post-acquisition, working closely with TMA Systems’ sales leadership and leveraging shared resources to exceed revenue targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Facil-IT’s FM solution. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract execution. * Collaborate with TMA Systems’ sales operations, SDR, and marketing teams to generate pipeline. * In-person travel to industry trade-shows and the TMA annual User-Conference * Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals aligned to client needs. * Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, ideally in CMMS, EAM, or facilities management sectors. * Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for prospects. * Experience using Salesforce and Gong platforms. * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit.
