Al Usood Cargo LLC, a leading logistics and freight forwarding company, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by proactively contacting potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of cargo and logistics services. We are looking for a smart, extroverted individual with exceptional sales skills to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our cargo and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
