QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Experience: Freshers or 1 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising platforms, print media, and digital marketing trends.
- Personality Traits: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and tailor advertising solutions to meet their goals.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain regular contact to maximize client retention.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Identify potential market opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with Gulf News for advertising placements, timelines, and content approvals.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management regularly.
