REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or the flower industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, approachable, and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with floral selections and purchases
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Promote products and services to increase in-store and online sales
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the design team to fulfil custom flower arrangements
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal flowers, trends, and pricing
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Assist with display setup, inventory updates, and store presentation
• Coordinate with event planners and provide floral solutions for events and weddings
