Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury service industries
• Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, client-focused, and results-oriented
• Presentable with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Able to work with booking tools, WhatsApp, and CRM system

• Actively sell salon services, treatment packages, and special offers
• Convert walk-in, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries into confirmed appointments
• Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable services
• Achieve monthly sales targets for bookings and service upgrades
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain a pipeline of returning clients
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals
• Keep track of daily sales and maintain accurate client records
• Support marketing campaigns by pushing limited-time deals and upselling at every touchpoint
