Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new individual and corporate clients in the UAE market.
  • Promote and sell a range of investment products, including mutual funds, fixed income instruments, equities, and structured products, in line with company policies and UAE regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess client financial objectives, risk profiles, and investment preferences to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, referrals, and events.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with UAE financial market trends, SCA regulations, and global investment developments.
  • Ensure all client documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and advisory teams to provide excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in financial services, banking, or investment advisory within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations (SCA, DFSA, ADGM).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per mont
