• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and shipping sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, offering tailored shipping and logistics solutions.
• Promote the benefits of our global logistics services to potential clients.
• Present and negotiate shipping solutions with clients to secure new business and meet sales targets.
• Provide clients with accurate quotes, manage orders, and ensure the timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent Figure Shipping LLC and generate leads.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
