Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for Rooms to join our Sales team. As a key member of the Sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel accommodations, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel's revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively promote and sell hotel room accommodations to individual guests, corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential markets. Achieve and exceed room revenue targets through effective sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities. Conduct regular client visits, participate in industry events, and engage in networking activities to expand the hotel's client base. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare persuasive proposals and contracts for room bookings, ensuring they align with the hotel's pricing and revenue management strategies. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable business agreements. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless booking process. Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed guest expectations. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular reports for management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Front Office, Revenue Management, and other relevant departments to optimize room inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Collaborate to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving revenue goals. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the hotel's market presence, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the hospitality industry, with a focus on room sales. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and revenue management principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proficient in MS Office and sales-related software.
