Description

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: FINECLEAN, Unit 4, Lowesmoor Wharf, WR1 2RS (with fieldwork across the UK).
Reports to: Head of Partnerships
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, distributed over 5 days, including some weekends and bank holidays. The post holder will also perform an on-call rota for office and out-of-office calls from 7 am to 9 pm.

Role Overview
The Commercial Sales Associate role exists to drive direct sales, generate leads, and manage client accounts for FINECLEAN, supporting the continuous growth and success of the company. This individual will be a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven professional with proven on-field sales experience. They will estimate, prepare proposals and quotes, and generate their leads while collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team under the leadership of the Head of Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Tactical:

  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns effectively to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date.
  • Conduct telesales and follow-up calls with prospective leads.
  • Create and manage engaging content for multiple marketing channels.
  • Attend networking events and expos to promote FINECLEAN and develop brand

awareness.

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to evaluate and enhance marketing campaigns.

Strategic:

  • Monitor and maintain high levels of client satisfaction for acquired accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and systems.
  • Achieve lead generation and sales targets set by the Head of Partnerships.
  • Organize and execute promotional events such as trade shows, coordinating with

staff to ensure timely materials delivery.

  • Communicate regularly with senior management about ongoing and new marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to boost team efficiency and collaboration.
  • Foster a collaborative yet competitive sales team environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.
  • Propose and implement internal process improvements to maximize resources and maintain high levels of customer care.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account

management. Industry-specific or related sectors are not essential.

  • Field Knowledge: Understanding estimating, proposals, and lead generation in the

UK market.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive

and confident in presentations.

  • Proactivity: Dynamic, results-driven, and hungry for success and growth.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office

Suite.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to nurture long-term relationships with clients and

stakeholders.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules and travel as required.
  • Team Player: Works collaboratively while taking ownership of personal

responsibilities.

Hours and Remuneration

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus performance-based bonuses
  • Benefits: Private healthcare provided after successful probation.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional

weekend or bank holiday work as needed.

Probation Period:

  • Six-month probationary period with monthly reviews to ensure role integration and efficiency.
