Your role : As Sales Executive, you will join our sales team, focusing on understanding customer needs, communicating product features, and interpreting technical requirements.
Comprehensive training will be provided, but a solid technical understanding is essential.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in raw materials (sheets), carpentry, or construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Full availability to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Travel throughout UK to visit potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Effectively manage and interpret customer requirements.
  • Administer and manage customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact data.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for sales meetings.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare customer quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Coordinate sales projects efficiently.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training.
  • Develop collaboration with selected business partners for mutual development of business.
  • Conducting pricing analysis on customer base, creating strategies for maximizing returns whilst ensuring customers remain loyal and fairly treated.
  • Design and manage sales activities and initiatives related to key accounts across the region with significant impact on overall results and objectives.
  • Understand and keep up to date with market trends and customer requirements, translate it to solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor financial & payment performance of key accounts, including accurate invoicing.
  • Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows and other promotional events.
