Description
Our Client in Fintech industry, help entrepreneurs launch and scale their own prop trading firms. They provide the complete technology stack from CRM systems and trader dashboards to challenge setups, payouts, and backend automation. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving new client acquisition by engaging with entrepreneurs, traders, and firms interested in launching their own prop trading business. You’ll educate prospects about our platform, identify their needs, and guide them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound and inbound efforts. Conduct product demos and sales calls to explain our prop trading SaaS and CRM solutions. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with the tech and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client handovers. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or trading-related industries. Basic understanding of trading (Forex, CFDs, Crypto, etc.). Familiarity with prop trading models (e.g., challenges, funded accounts, evaluation phases) is a huge plus. Knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader, cTrader, or similar tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated and results-driven personality. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
