JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out or architectural industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales. This is a field-based role, requiring a valid UAE driver’s license for regular site visits and client engagements across the country.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in B2B sales within the fit-out or architectural industry.
  • License: Valid UAE Driving License and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in outdoor sales, lead generation, and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, design principles, and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out and architectural solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and professional presentations to understand and respond to project needs.
  • Propose tailored interior fit-out and architectural solutions based on client requirements and technical input.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and technical) to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
