Due to this continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Sales Executive to join our growing and dynamic team based in Drogheda, Co. Louth. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/ marketing
  • 2/3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and present solutions.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • A good team player and works well in a team environment.
  • Highly organised, with good time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to adapt and be resilient.
  • Full clean driving license
    Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland

Responsibilities
  • Build technical knowledge and understand customer testing requirements.
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to generate leads.
  • Reach customers through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, etc.
  • Set-up meetings with and make outbound calls to new customers.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from website lead generation forms.
  • Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Generate new business in both Irish and overseas markets.
  • Issue quotations for new business.
  • Follow-up and track progress on previous quotes.
  • Submit requests from customers for new services to Business Development Manager.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast future sales.
  • Handover new business to Customer Service team.
  • Meet or exceed individual and sales team targets.
  • Attend trade events and industry seminars.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with Customer Services on a regular basis.
