SALES OFFICER / EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA in Sales or International Business.
  • Fresher or 3-8 years experienced in Sales
  • Computer literate and very efficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.)
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional appearance.
  • Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • The position requires efficient and transparent communication with every customers through guidance from Local/Regional Sales manager.
  • Responsible for sending quotations to the customer, sending the compliance reports, negotiating with the customer about the pricing, delivery dates after approval.
  • To receive the Local Purchase Order along with the payments assurance by Letter of Credit, Post Dated Cheque or the other approved terms.
  • Ensuring effective vendor management by coordinating and communicating with Supply chain/R.M/F.G & production team resulting in lead time reduction.
  • Ensuring efficient follow up for the production and delivery dates and inform the customers timely and on regular basis after discussing it with the sales manager.
  • Take responsibility and accountability to manage Customer complaints, grievances within policy guideline to delight the customer and grow confidence.
  • Ensure timely information is communicated to team members resulting in systematic inventory management.
  • To follow up for delivery and ensure that delivery conditions and documentations are met with the required standards and update the customers.
  • To inform the QA about any rejection or customer complaint.
  • Learn from situations and customers and develop strategies to implement the learning to minimize future errors.
  • Responsible to follow up for the payments due from the customers.
