Sales Executive – Shoreham:
We’re seeking a collaborative and consultative professional to drive digital learning solutions for our expanding client base. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll champion core products, engage with customers, and represent us as a leading provider. You’ll also work closely with Marketing to generate and nurture leads, playing a key role in business growth. This role offers a full 360° view of the customer journey—helping you win new business while strengthening existing relationships.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Learn and communicate our products to provide consultative guidance on digital learning solutions.
  • Manage your sales pipeline in CRM to drive business growth.
  • Oversee sales from initial contact to implementation, including quoting, demos, and admin.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns (web promotions, content, email, social media).
  • Work closely with the team, participating in regular meetings and reviews.
