Role Description As a Sales Executive at hoper you will be responsible for developing inbound sales, building client relationships and achieving sales targets. The primary focus will be on Private Flights on outbound sales and accounting management, with your responsibilities also spanning across to Shared adn Sightseeing Flights (only for business development) on a need basis. *** Level: Mid-level. Max 4 yrs of experience. *** Main Responsibilities Sales Development, including a lightning-fast response to incoming flight requests. Business Development, with the ability to build, manage and own a sales pipeline and also assist on the strategy development for both business lines. Client Relationship Management, with an aim to nurture both our B2C and B2B partner network. Reporting, with an aim at closely tracking monthly and quarterly sales goals through our CRM and Back-office tools. Skills and Qualifications Customer service attitude (both externally and internally) and a solutions-driven mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aim at closing inbound sales requests. Business Development capabilities. Experience in CRM and/or other tech reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus. Experience in the aviation or travel industry are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
