Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry. Experience in Export Sales will be an advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with retail chains, F&B outlets, hotels, catering services, or related distribution networks. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
  • Skills:
  • Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and possess initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Mobility: Possess own transport and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
