Description
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, availability, and competitive positioning.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional support to maximize sales performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align stock planning, logistics, and marketing support.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis on a regular basis.
  • Provide training and guidance to store staff and merchandisers on product knowledge and display standards.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and represent the brand professionally at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local retail and distribution networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license (or GCC equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
