Job Title: Sales Executive (food and beverage, sweet manufacturing, and catering services)

Location: UAE (Abu Dhabi)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Executive is responsible for increasing revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s food and beverage, sweet manufacturing, and catering services. This role involves selling to HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), catering businesses, corporate clients, retailers, and distributors, as well as maintaining a strong network in the UAE market.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the food and beverage, sweet manufacturing, or catering industry.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a strong network in HORECA, corporate catering, and retail distribution.
  • Previous experience selling catering services, bulk food orders, or hospitality solutions is a plus.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Knowledge of catering operations, event planning, and large-scale food production.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital marketing tools.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred for field sales.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand the customer base in the food and beverage, sweet manufacturing, and catering sectors.
  • Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, cafes, corporate offices, event planners, and catering businesses to promote products and catering services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Create and execute targeted sales strategies for different business segments.
