Education:

Experience:

  • building material division : 5 years (Required)
  • Sales Experience in Consumable Good: 5 years (Preferred)
  • UAE Market : 5 years (Required
Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new customers, promote and sell building materials, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Conduct regular market research to spot potential customers, trends, and opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and provide technical advice to clients about proper use or applications.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals, ensuring proper documentation of contracts.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Maintain accurate sales records and collaborate with the internal team for timely delivery and support.
