Job Description:
Q2FM Futuristic Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships. Your primary focus will be to identify prospects, pitch our innovative digital marketing solutions, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs, highlighting our comprehensive digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create strategic sales plans and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track leads and client interactions.
    Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales success.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
