Sales Project (Natural Stone - MARBLE & GRANITE)
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for natural stone products (marble, granite, travertine, and onyx).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Handle high-profile projects such as high-rise buildings, resorts, and luxury villas.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the selection and application of natural stone materials.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in natural stone sales (marble, granite, travertine, and onyx).
- Proven track record in handling high-rise building, resort, or villa projects.
- Strong connections with reputable developers, architects, and contractors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and oversee projects.
